200 Hour Breath Beat Yoga Teacher Training
Once on the path of BBF Teacher Training You will learn some things about yourself along the way, unlock your potential and learn the foundations of yoga, anatomy, pranayama, asanas and philosophy, bringing you to a deeper understanding of this wonderful practice that is YOGA. You will be challenged physically, emotionally and mentally, all necessary for growth. Whether you are doing this teacher training to deepen your own practice or go on and teach to others, I truly hope it will enrich your life and bring you joy.

Breath Beat Flow Yoga is a meditative style of yoga that emphasises the fusion of the mind, body, and breath into a rhythmic and flowing practice.
It combines the physical postures (asanas) with synchronised breath and mindful movement to create a harmonious and transformative experience.
In Breath Beat Flow Yoga, the breath serves as the anchor and guide throughout the practice. Each movement is linked with a specific breath pattern, creating a continuous and seamless flow. The breath becomes the rhythm that connects and coordinates the body and mind, allowing practitioners to move with intention, grace, and mindfulness.
The rhythmic nature of Breath Beat Flow Yoga brings a sense of fluidity and continuity to the practice. The movements become a dance, and the breath becomes the beat that accompanies it. This rhythmic flow encourages practitioners to let go of distractions, enter a meditative state, and cultivate a deeper connection with their inner selves.

As the breath, body, and mind synchronise in the practice, practitioners experience a heightened sense of presence and awareness. This mindful engagement helps to calm the mind, release tension, and create a state of inner stillness and peace. It becomes a moving meditation, where the external movements align with the internal rhythm of the breath, allowing practitioners to access a meditative state within the dynamic flow. Breath Beat Flow Yoga not only offers the physical benefits of increased strength, flexibility, and balance but also nurtures the mental and emotional aspects of well-being.

The rhythmic flow and focused breath work help to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and enhance the mind-body connection. It cultivates a sense of flow, harmony, and self-expression.
The Course is delivered as follows:

100 Hrs of personal practice in class.
130 Hrs of In Person training (Saturday and Sundays in-studio with some Zoom theory sessions in-between)that will consist of and cover the following modules:

1. Anatomy, physiology and Biomechanics 2. Asanas: Variations and Modifications 3. Teaching Methodology and Language 4. Sequencing, Beat & Rhythm
5. Meditation and Pranayama, Breath work 6. Yoga History and Philosophy
8. Practice Teaching
7. Business of Yoga, Ethics etc
8. First Aid Qualification (tbc)
