Hormone Harmony: Weight management & Lifestyle strategies.

Join Pamela Paul and Lorraine Harkins on Sunday 21st May at the Yoxa Fit Studio for A Workshop for Optimal Health.

We will discuss the issues and challenges that come with hormone changes in our bodies including peri menopause and menopause. We will cover weight gain, energy levels, mood swings and sleep patterns to name just a few!
Pamela Paul who has a wealth of experience and expertise in nutrition has worked within the NHS and with Professional athletes , she will advise us as to what we should and shouldn’t be eating, giving sustainable practical advice on weight management and helping sort the myths from the facts.

Lorraine will guide us through yogic principles to help alleviate symptoms such as stress and anxiety caused by Hormone surges and changes. This will include a gentle flow using movement to help control adrenal and cortisol levels leading to a calming influence in the body. We will conclude with a deep relaxation session guided by Lorraine.
