CANDLELIT RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH YOGA NIDRA
Transitioning into autumn and the darker months can take its toll on our bodies and minds. if we don’t take the time to nurture and care for ourselves we deplete our immune system and become more susceptible to viruses, feelings of lethargy and even depression. In preparation for this season, in this deeply nourishing session will be immersing ourselves in a candlelit gentle, relaxing and restorative yoga class.
The session will end with a blissful and deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra followed by a soothing cup of immune boosting herbal tea.
Bring a warm pair of cosy socks and your favourite blanket and pillow.
