Accommodation 

Patrick Brompton Hall is a family-owned Grade II* historic house built in the Queen Anne style in 1703 and is known locally as "the secret gem of Wensleydale." Boasting six twin bedrooms, two single occupancy rooms, and five bathrooms, each bedroom is bespoke and comfortable. Investment details below (costings include accommodation, all yoga and activities, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, use of swimming pool, hot drinks). Not included is transport and treatments.

We are delighted to invite you to join us in our March retreat to pause, to breathe, to rest and reflect; to nourish and replenish; to reconnect and restore your positivity, inner peace and motivation.

 

During our weekend we will harness the power of nature, nutrition, meditation, yoga, movement and the breath to shake off the weight of winter and to prepare and embrace the promise of spring.

 

Look forward to a weekend in a beautiful country house with open fire sitting rooms to curl up, read or nap. Eat delicious, nutritious plant based food (organic and locally sourced were possible). Swim in the serene heated indoor swimming pool. Take a walk in the beautiful garden or grounds. There will also be an opportunity to book massage treatments which can be arrange nearer the time. With so many options to relax you will feel truly rested by the end of the weekend.


Lorraine will guide you through flowing vinyasa yoga in the beautiful yoga studio heated by a log fire. Also Indulge in the blissful practice of Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique that allows you to enter a state of profound rest and rejuvenation. Through guided meditation and conscious relaxation, you will experience a profound sense of calm and clarity, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised.

We will also re affirm and align with our goals for the coming year, exploring our self sabotaging habits and resistance that stop us achieving our hearts desire.

Embark on nature walks amidst the picturesque surroundings, allowing yourself to reconnect with the beauty of the natural world. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the sounds of birds chirping, and feel the grounding energy of the earth beneath your feet. These walks provide an opportunity for reflection, introspection, and a deeper connection with nature.
